Dear Parent/Carer
The Department for Education has asked school to assist with contact tracing until Christmas Eve.
If your child develops Covid symptoms within 48 hours of their last day in school, please arrange for a test and inform school only if the test is positive by emailing us at culcheth_primary@warrington.gov.uk
Culcheth Primary will follow guidance from Public Health England and the Local Authority to identify potential close contacts of any confirmed positive case. The close contact will be informed of isolation arrangements by email.
